I don’t really know where to start, Paul has had the most influential impact on my life to date. I approached Paul as I was finding it hard to find the right balance between my love for camogie while also making progress in the gym as this was a very close second passion of mine. When I approached Paul, I trained 7 days a week sometimes even twice a day trying to squeeze both all of my gym sessions in as well as a very intense camogie training schedule. I honestly didnt know any different until I began being coached by Paul – he didn’t make me feel bad or small for how I was previously over-training, he actually took the time to teach me and show me how if we actually implement a much more whole approach to my training and life that I will actually begin to see more sustainable results and also perform so much more efficiently on the pitch which was my main aim.

I have been with Paul well over a year now and I am still learning so much – he is literally a fountain of knowledge. I am very much of a person who wants to know why im eating that why im training like that and Paul would always ensure to go into such depth with me because he knew if I actually understood why I was pulling back on sessions or why I should take a rest day then I would actually be able to apply this in the long run and not just for 6 or 8 weeks. Its been over a year and I have never ever been moving as well on the pitch, performing as well in the gym and as happy with my body composition.
